- Who is responsible. CareerDocsAI is operated by Kool Labs, an independent developer (not a registered company). Contact us through the Support page.
- What you send us. The text you paste (for example your CV), the job description and the choices you make are sent to our server and to our AI provider so it can write your result. You can leave out details you do not want to share, such as phone numbers or addresses; the result will use a placeholder instead.
- The AI provider. Your text is processed by our AI provider only to create your result. Under the provider's current terms for business use, requests are not used to train its models, and we do not use your text to train models. The provider may keep requests for a limited time under its own policies, for example to prevent abuse.
- What we keep. We do not store your pasted text or your result on our servers. We keep only what is needed to run the service: whether a payment has been used, counters that limit abuse and cost, and anonymous usage counts (below). We have no accounts and we do not ask for your name, email or phone number.
- Payments are public. Payments are recorded on a public blockchain. The paying wallet address, amount and time are visible there to anyone, permanently. We cannot change or delete them, and the app never shows your wallet address. We do not link a payment to the text you wrote.
- History. Your past results are saved in your device's browser storage so you can reopen them on the History page. They never reach our server and we cannot recover them. You can delete one or all at any time; clearing the app data or changing phones also removes them.
- Anonymous usage counts. To see how many people use the app, your phone sends our own server a random code (not linked to you) at most once a day, and we note your country as provided by our hosting platform. The code is scrambled on our server before it is saved. We do not store your IP address, name, wallet address or anything you write in this database, and we use no cookies and no third-party analytics. The totals are shown on the public Stats page. Clearing the app data starts a new random code.
- Hosting logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical request logs (which can include your IP address) for a limited time, to run and secure the service. We do not use them to identify you.
- PDF download. If you tap Download PDF, your result is sent to our server once to create a temporary, encrypted download link. The link works for 10 minutes, and the text is not stored or readable in our logs. Share builds the PDF on your phone and sends nothing to us.
- On your device. A small private code that lets you recover a paid request is stored in your device's browser storage until your result is delivered.
- Support messages. If you write to us on Telegram, we see the name and message you send, and we use them only to help you. Telegram handles that conversation under its own policy.
- Your choices. Delete your history in the app at any time. Because we do not store your documents or any account, there is little to delete on our side. If you have a question about your data, or think we hold something about you, contact us through Support and we will help.
- Age. CareerDocsAI is for people aged 18 or older.
- Changes. If we change this policy, the new version appears on this page with a new date.
